PHISHQUIZ is an online security quiz that tests a user's knowledge of common phishing/fraud techniques.

Phishing is a major contributor to credit union fraud losses, and phishing activity continues to expand in volume and sophistication. Part of our job as an ebusiness support team is to help tackle issues like this.

But how to fight phishing? One of the most effective measures is to educate users: educate them about what to look out for, what to trust and what to question.

Unfortunately, while there are a number of online resources available that discuss the pitfalls of phishing, these aren't always as engaging as they could be.

So, after looking at what's around and drawing inspiration from a host of sources, we've come up with PHISHQUIZ: a short engaging quiz that will entertain your customers while teaching them about the dangers of phishing.

PHISHQUIZ presents your customer with five simple scenarios: each involves ‘real’ and ‘doctored’ screen shots of your website/Internet Banking login screen and asks them to ‘spot the phishing site’.

It's a short, entertaining way to learn about the dangers of phishing, and how to avoid them.

PHISHQUIZ has been designed to be deployed as a simple online campaign. It's tailored to each credit union via an aggregated, dedicated mini-site with customised branding and unique screenshots.
